Your ability to set and achieve goals not only determines your success but ultimately shapes your happiness with your life.

Practicing gratitude makes you appreciate the life you have and reduces the hold that anger, anxiety, regret, etc. have on your mind.

 
 

You must set goals if you want to do anything from achieving a single ambition to designing your life.

Coaching

One-on-one coaching to help you understand and implement these ideas.

  • Happiness

    Work on behaviors that improve your happiness in this moment and diminish your feelings of anxiety, frustration, anger, shame, etc.

  • Success

    Work toward your short, medium, and long term goals. The big goal is happiness with your life and working toward your potential.

  • Smaller or Larger Focus

    It’s fine if you come to coaching with a single goal in mind, but know that I will push you to pay attention to other aspects of your happiness and success as well.
